The shared cottage has 3 'Themed Decor' private rooms with bath along with full kitchen, living and dining rooms and a large covered patio with high-top tables with woven bar stools. The Shabby Chic room has a full size wrought iron bed with a claw footed bathtub with shower. The old fashioned 'boarding house' theme is a tad unconventional with the tub and commode in room.
